Some installs feel less like placing art…and more like placing a piece of someone’s story.
Recently, we installed The Spirit of Detroit in the office of a longtime friend...an attorney with deep Michigan roots whose top-floor office now overlooks SMU here in Dallas. From our first conversation about the space, this piece felt inevitable.
To match both the scale of the room and the presence the image deserved, we produced the piece at 72" x 48" on Dibond...my go-to when a piece needs to feel less like wall art and more like part of the architecture itself.
Clean lines.
Incredible detail.
No glass.
No glare.
Just the image exactly as it’s meant to be seen.
At the scale, The Spirit of Detroit doesn't simply hang on the wall...it anchors the entire office. A bold black-and-white statement that brings a little Motor City grit to the Dallas skyline while quietly telling the story of where you come from, even as you build where you're going.
And I'm told...it makes a pretty great power piece for his Zoom background :)
